  Minimum of $65-$70 per square foot is recommended in Texas to insure that your property is totally rebuilt in the event of total loss.
• LOWER DEDUCTIBLES
  Unlike most carriers who require a deductible equal to 1% of dwelling value, our program has a flat $1,000 deductible for all perils. (Note: Property located in Harris County will require a wind deductible between 1-5% of dwelling value, depending on the exact location.)
• PERSONAL LIABILITY
  Our program includes personal liability for both the property owner and the property manager under one policy. $1,000,000 Each Occurrence, $2,000,000 Aggregate.
• LOSS OF RENTS
  Program offers optional coverage which can protect your income stream for up to six months should the property become untenantable due to a covered loss.
• ENTITY FLEXIBILITY
  Properties owned by individuals, trust, partnerships, and LLC’s are all eligible for coverage in this program.
